The result depends entirely on the processing(especially soft http://besthdrprogram.com/). It is very easy to control the colors and you can keep it original, but on the other hand, it is possible to try HDR (the main thing is not to overdo it, especially with the sky).
Ugh, I think this kind of overdone hdr is really ugly. It was a big fad a few years ago.
