North San Jose's Renovation Row

Have a look at the map below from the Silicon Valley Business Journal showcasing just how much existing office space in North San Jose has either recently been renovated or is currently in the process of being renovated. About 2.4 million SQFT of R&D facilities have been renovated over the last two years, and 1.4 million SQFT of that is on Orchard Parkway ("Renovation Row").
