Action Urgent Care has another location (pictured below I believe) at 1375 Blossom Hill Road. There is also a rumor that they will open another location in San Jose's Westgate Shopping Center.
The company provides walk-in services for emergencies that are not life threatening. This should be a big benefit to the community since the nearest major hospitals are 10-15 minutes away. Action Urgent Care is hoping to be ready for patients in June or July.

I have many fond childhood memories of that old Hollywood Video. I vividly remember walking there (I used to live literally 5 minutes away down the road from '86-'96) when Hollywood first opened in 1993 or '94 (can't remember which). When it finally closed in what, 2010, 2011, it was sad to find that out driving back through the old neighborhood. But, I'm glad they're making good use out of the space. In today's age, there's no room for video rental stores anymore, let alone a 8,500 square foot one. How times change, heh.
