Renders of KT Properties' Proposed Towers in San Pedro Square!

Below are images for the two towers that KT Properties is planning to build across the street from the San Pedro Square Market. In fact, you can even see the Market in the first three renders. The project will total 612 apartment units between both towers. One of them will be 20 stories (210 feet tall) and the other will be 22 stories (228 feet tall). In between the towers is an amenity courtyard with a pool, garden, and bocce ball court.

I love the design. I think it looks really sleek and pushes the design bar further for future high-rises. While the buildings use a similar design language, the towers themselves are different. Hopefully this will put an end to all of the identical-looking "sibling" buildings Downtown.

Oh, and did I mention it will include 13,000 SQFT of retail? This is a huge win for Downtown!

  1. I'd like to see what the layout for the retail is, don't quite get it from the renderings.

    1. Most of the retail should be along North San Pedro St.

    2. I get that, but will it be on the ground floor of tower or the lowe rise building? Maybe both?

    3. Definitely the lowrise, but probably both. 13,000 SQFT is quite a lot of space.

  2. Hope they open up the back side of the towers to also include their other neighbors in Little Italy San Jose. Just on the other side of the freeway underpass is a new Wine Bar/Pizzeria opening in late 2014 and ofcourse Henry's High Life (Former Torino Hotel) We have Murals and additional lighting planned for the underpass and their is a city grant program in place to connect the SAP/Sharks arena through Little Italy to San pedro Square on West Saint John and would make sense to have the high rises planned in between to help enhance a walkable connection to these areas
