  1. First visit to SPSM on Friday night. It was packed! Interesting bc that place has to be maybe 60-70% done. Gonna be interesting to see when its running on all cylinders.

  2. Tonight was a huge success (besides the Sharks losing). I think every single business was getting some nice traffic. It was really nice seeing everyone hanging out in the courtyard listening to music and enjoying various foods from the Market and the trucks. The pop up locations were packed in all 3 locations, the food & drinks at Blush were fantastic.

    Downtown San Jose was the center of south bay retail for over 100 years. Malls ended up killing that legacy, but it looks like there is now a glimmer of hope at getting retail back Downtown.
