Saturday Stats: Google's Fastest-Rising Searches
Every year Google publishes the fastest rising searches in a site called Google Zeitgeist. The top 5 searches in 2011 for the Bay Area were:
1.) Santa Cruz
2.) Golden Gate Park
3.) Santana Row
4.) Sfgate

Too bad they aren't looking for DOWNTOWN San José, (yet!) More like real city, less like Main Street USA in Disneyland.

ReplyDeleteHopefully they'll run searches for San Pedro Square soon! It's a terrific space. I'm so impressed with it. I hope it does take off. I truly hope it doesn't become another bbq and chain food place but rather a classier spot, like the embarcadero in SF.
Had coffee at B2 recently. Maybe a post promoting this just-emerging coffee place would be a good thing on this blog. I hadn't heard about them and just stumbled on their business recently.
