now would those be artisan coffees and teas or artisanal coffees and teas?
ReplyDeleteEnglish major? =)
ReplyDelete"Artisan" would be correct, since it is being applied here as a noun (as opposed to an adjective, in which case "artisanal" would be the proper word choice).
ReplyDeleteI only know this since I once worked in the coffee and tea business for a couple years, and the word "artisan" is typically applied as a name or brand. :)
So good to see other young artists trying to make something for San Jose!
ReplyDeleteisnt artisan describing the coffees and teas... an adjective? and artisan would be the person who crafts the coffees and teas, no?
ReplyDeleteFeels great as I'm an SJSU grad too :). Go Spartans!
