Below is an interesting 3 minute documentary on how the Hotel Montgomery was moved to make way for the Fairmont Annex. It still holds the record for the heaviest structure ever moved and is now home to the only Starwood hotel in San Jose, a Four Points by Sheraton. It also happens to be the nicest Four Points I've been to (I don't know of any others that have bocce ball courts or a nightclub). If it wasn't for the small boutique size, it could easily pass for a normal Sheraton or Westin hotel.
