SJ Development Forum: clubHOUSE Coming Soon to Downtown!

The signs from Hawgs were taken down yesterday and the new signs for clubHOUSE were put up today. Can't wait to see the interior when it opens.

    It would be nice if they make it nice to look at from the outside. They have a great spot where they can really use that plaza area for seating.

    EXACTLY! Hawg's was planning to work on some nice outdoor seating, but since they were teetering on the brink of profitability for so long I don't think they ever decided to put forth the investment. clubHOUSE is paying full market rent and I'm sure they're going to take on a similar strategy as The Mmoon... spend whatever investment is required and execute this right.

    Groundworks also did did a super nice job with the area right outside clubHOUSE.

    It's coming along nicely. I checked it out today, and they've got a lot set up inside. Also got a chance to taste some food...AMAZING!

    I had a tour of the inside and it's NICE! VIP room is cool too. Hella TVs, bar is done right and this should rival places in Santa Row.
